Candy Cane was rescued along with several other dogs and puppies who had been abandoned on a ranch in Oklahoma. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and she also has had surgery to correct entropion.

Candy Cane gets along with other dogs, and is very playful. She also enjoys attention from her humans. She is shy on meeting new people, but will warm up with a little time and patience.

Candy Cane is great with our Nigerian Dwarf goats, and generally seems to ignore our longhorn cattle. In her previous home, she lived with chickens and horses, but we haven't yet tested her with our chickens so we can't confirm what we were told by her previous family.
